Unit Description

This is a reading unit which focuses on Indigenous perspectives in contemporary literature. It looks at bias in academic writing, critical reading and further develops students reading, note-taking and comprehension skills. Topics covered include contemporary issues Indigenous communities, including identify, health, education and social justice.
