That’s why we have created a way to help you fast-track your bachelor degree, by recognising your ADF professional experience and crediting it towards one of our specially selected degrees.
Use your relevant ADF experience, combined with your existing relevant professional development/training hours to seek entry into the Bachelor of Business or the Bachelor of Organisational Leadership.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) at UNE has provided me invaluable skills and knowledge. Effective leadership in the health sector and in the Australian Defence Force (ADF) depends on a thorough understanding of a number of key business concepts, and a nuanced appreciation of how to practically apply those concepts in the real world. These include, for example, change management, business planning, marketing, communication, innovation and continual improvement. The UNE MBA provided me an excellent educational foundation and real world understanding of how they apply in practice. I have used these skills and knowledge throughout my career to solve complex problems and implement health service delivery reforms. More recently since transitioning from full time service these skills continue to be relevant in the governance and strategic advisory roles that I perform.
