Zoology Aviary

A combined successful grant application and school money allowed for the replacement of an old Zoology Research Aviary on UNE north hill precinct, with a brand new facility. The facility has a combination of 3 separate caged areas all accessed through a fully insulated air conditioned containment area. The building is clad in colourbond metal sheeting of insulated walls and roof panelling, of natural earth colours.Within main part of building is a wash up area, concrete floor and maintenance free linings.The Project commenced in June 2013 & was completed one month later in July.
