Biography
Mohammad Ferdosi is a Senior Research Fellow at AGBU. He received a PhD degree in animal breeding from the University of New England in 2016. He has been working on imputation, haplotype inference and their applications in animal breeding. Currently, he is working on the development of new algorithms for analysing the genomic data. He is also the author of the R package, HSPhase.
