Web Kiosk
What is Web Kiosk?
Available 24/7, Web Kiosk is the self-service portal to the Payroll system (Ascender Pay) which enables staff and their managers to view, approve and update their information. Staff can view payslips, book leave and training, and update personal information. Managers can approve requests for leave and training, and approve casual timesheets.

The Payroll Calendar and Pay and Superannuation information is available on the Pay and Super website .
Login Page
Web Kiosk uses Single Sign-on to login. Please use your UNE username and password to login.
Gaining access to Web Kiosk
To gain access to Web Kiosk you will need to do the following steps:
- You must have a current active contract in the Payroll system (Ascender Pay), please contact peopleandculture@une.edu.au for assistance. For new staff, once People and Culture has received the required paperwork you will be sent an email detailing your staff number and information to register for your UNE Account.
