Healthcare decision making draws on management of the competing demands of clinical service provision and budgetary constraints within rapidly changing systems. In Australia, health service provision is at a critical juncture as demand for complex healthcare increases.
To effectively manage these resources, you must have an understanding of how services are funded and how health financing systems operate.
